ARE ALL THE PIECES ANTIQUES?
All pieces for sale are one-offs to the store unless otherwise stated, sourced individually and vintage or antiques. A set of 6 glasses, for example, are the only ones we have like it.
IS MY GLASSWARE/ CERAMIC DISHWASHER SAFE?
Due to the pieces being purchased as vintage or antique, we can't confirm if anything is dishwasher safe- we recommend hand washing for any cut glass and painted/ handmade ceramics. Silver and brass pieces are not dishwasher safe.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY PIECES SAFELY?
Please use a soft damp cloth if you're unsure of how to clean a particular material. Painted pieces should be dusted with a dry cloth. All pieces for sale are old, and may not be resilient to harsh chemicals. Email us at shopatearlgrey@gmail.com if you need advice with how to best look after your piece.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
All sales are final! If purchasing a gift, allow sufficient time for postage. You can always contact us at shopatearlgrey@gmail.com if you'd like options on expediting, or want to know more about a piece (size etc) before buying.
Accidents happen- items arriving damaged due to shipping will be refunded to the payment method used to purchased after photo evidence of the damage has been emailed to shopatearlgrey@gmail.com.
Due to the nature of vintage and antiques, objects may show imperfections, including signs of wear, patina or general use. This is part of the nature and character of vintage and antique pieces. Each item has been carefully selected, and measurements, materials and photos are all listed for every item to ensure they are represented as accurately and fully as possible.
