Returns are not accepted, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please contact us before purchasing if you have further questions about a piece.
Damages and issues
Due to the nature of vintage and antiques, objects may show imperfections, including signs of wear, patina or general use. This is part of the nature and character of vintage and antique pieces. Each item has been carefully selected, and measurements, materials and photos are all listed for every item to ensure they are represented accurately and fully.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged beyond the above/ beyond any flaws outlined in the product description, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For example, glassware has arrived broken.
To be eligible for a refund, you must photograph the damaged item as well as the packaging it arrived in within 14 days of receiving the item.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
