Caribou Antler Handled Ulu Knife

Traditional Ulu Knife, from Alaska. This piece is from around 1966, and features a caribou antler handle with brass screws. No real signs of use or ageing. The blade is sharp, not suitable for children. 

This kind of knife was traditionally used by Inuit, Inupiat, Yupik and Aleut women as an all purpose tool.
