Leather Dog Collar Ashtray

1960s, leather collar base with a mottled PVC coating (it has a sheen to it), glass ashtray insert that can be removed. Signs of wear appropriate for age and use, no chips or cracks to the glass. Some damage to the leather by the clasp (photographed).
