Handpainted ceramic plate, suitable for use as a decorative piece or catchall. Features a raised metal(?) dotted collar. Glazed. some minor chips to the glaze on the underside rim of the plate (pictured). Face of the plate in great condition, minor signs of age and use (pictured). Browny orange dog on a mottled blue background. Handmade.
