Mid 1800s Bohemian Perfume Bottle

Floral perfumer, from Bohemia (now Western Czech Republic), typical of fine Bohemian glass in the mid 1800s. Hand painted with enamel gilding and intricate florals, and a brass plated top. Curious double banded shape. 

Some light signs of wear to the enamel, appropriate for age and use. Hinged cap is missing (you can see the hinge weld) and the top of the black gem interior stopper has snapped off, rendering it unable to be opened. Despite this, it is a wonderful piece of a lost Mid-European society, for decorative use only. 

Do not polish, the paint and brass plated top could be destroyed. Do not attempt to open without risk of breaking.
