Wavy Photo Frame

20th Century, from Hong Kong, silver-plate frame with velvet backing. Edges of the velvet backing can be seen slightly from the front. Some light signs of age to the silver plate, glass in great condition, some signs of wear to the velvet. Can stand both horizontally/ vertically, or the back can be replaced for wall hanging.
